Student Leadership Workshop Series: Leading with Mindfulness

In the midst of balancing academics, work, family and friends, how can you be mindful when making difficult decisions? How might mindful decision making strengthen your capacity for leadership? Develop a future-oriented approach and the ability to consider options in a productive, creative way.

Event will be IN PERSON, you must have campus clearance to attend this workshop, and follow all COVID protocol.

This session is part of our Developing Leaders track, geared towards participants who are solid in their leadership journey- who may have had or currently hold various formal leadership positions, but all are welcome!
