The Office of Student Engagement presents... Motivating the Middle

This session will help us recognize what the members of our organizations are motivated by, and understand how a "one size fits all" approach doesn't allow for each member to meet their best potential or capitalize on their strengths. In our session, we will work to understand various engagement levels and how we can tailor our experiences to respond to needs of all our members.

This session is part of our Developing Leaders track, geared towards participants who are solid in their leadership journey- who may have had or currently hold various formal leadership positions, but all are welcome!
