Details

Everyone will gather at the DU light rail station at the designated time.
The walking tour will include the Auraria campus and the history of urban renewal that shaped the area. Followed by a walk up to the Capital. Along the way we will stop at the site of the Chinese massacre in Denver. In addition, we will stop by areas that a prominent African American Businessman helped shape. At around 12 we will stop for lunch. Finally, we will end out walking tour at the Colorado State Capital.
At the conclusion of the tour, we will hope back onto the light rail and head back to DU.
