Artists Affecting Change: Music and Poetry for Social Justice

Poet Jovan Mays will join Lamont faculty members Conrad Kehn and Richard Harris, as well as guest artist Steve Wilson (trombone), for a special event taking place in Community Commons room 1600. They will perform Kehn's "Flood," which was composed in response to the murder of George Floyd. The four artists will discuss and provide context for the work, and answer questions from the audience. A reception will follow the performance.
