A stranded pilot meets a young prince who has fallen to Earth from a tiny asteroid. As the Little Prince explores Earth, he meets a number of colorful, and often puzzling, characters. Based on Antoine de Saint-Exupery's novella, this opera by composer Rachel Portman and librettist Nicholas Wright will be beloved by the entire family.
