Modality: In-Person (2, 8-hour days at KMC or Lectures at Denver Campus)
Credit offered: Yes, 1 Credit through the 4D Peer Mentorship Course
Summary: The Outdoor Leadership Course will train leaders to move confidently, manage people and tasks, and employ multiple methods for making decisions within the backcountry. Course work will employ scenario-based learning, reflection, and hands-on learning utilizing the outdoor amenities at the James C. Kennedy Mountain Campus.

This inaugural course will include all transportation, housing, and food for the whole weekend experience. We are actively seeking and hiring student staff and this course is a great way to gain experience for the upcoming year and to apply!
