wounds we carry, the truths we hold, and the possibilities for transformation.
Together, we will meditate, connect, and move—releasing the tension and
emotions that have taken root in our bodies, making space for healing and
liberation.
This is a space to name what hurts, to share what restores, and to honor our
collective journey toward wholeness. Through gentle movement and intentional
connection, we will reclaim our bodies as sites of freedom and joy, not just
survival. This is healing work—rooted in love, grounded in community, and
guided by the understanding that rest and care are revolutionary acts.
Come as you are, wear what feels comfortable, and bring a mat if you have one.
This circle is a reminder: we were never meant to do this alone. Healing in
community is our power, and our wholeness is a radical declaration of existence.
Together, we will breathe, release, and rise.
