Join mindfulness expert Jeanie O'Kane for a 45 minute session in the comfort of your home or dorm. Registration is required.

A mindfulness session is a practice focused on cultivating present-moment awareness. It typically involves guided breathing exercises, a body scan to release tension, and mindful observation of thoughts and emotions. The goal is to reduce stress, increase focus, and promote relaxation by encouraging non-judgmental awareness of the body and mind. The session ends with a moment of reflection and a gentle return to the present moment. All students are welcome to join.
