Lamont Opera Theatre presents a double bill of two one-act operas by Giacomo Puccini. Delight in the comic brilliance of Gianni Schicchi, filled with wit, charm, and unforgettable music. This hilarious tale of family scheming and deception unfolds as a crafty outsider turns the tables on a greedy inheritance plot. Set in a serene convent, Suor Angelica tells the story of the secret heartbreak of Sister Angelica as she confronts devastating news about her past.

Matthew Plenk is the director and Sahar Nouri is the conductor of the production.
