We’re honored to welcome three distinguished physicians who will share their personal journeys and professional insights as leaders in medicine from underrepresented backgrounds:

Dr. Gee Mei Tan – Pediatric anesthesiologist known for her leadership in patient safety and compassionate care.

Dr. Susan Calcaterra – Public health advocate and addiction medicine specialist focused on addressing health disparities.

Dr. Andres Henao Martinez – Infectious disease expert and champion of global health equity.

This moderated panel will explore the barriers, breakthroughs, and triumphs these physicians have experienced, followed by a Q&A session with the audience.
