The University of Denver has officially transitioned from Cornerstone (Talent@DU) to Canvas Catalog as our new learning management system for employees. This one-hour Zoom session will introduce employees to the platform’s features and benefits, including how all HRIC required trainings for staff, faculty, adjuncts, and student employees will now be hosted here.
We’ll also explore Canvas Catalog’s enhanced accessibility, streamlined enrollment for asynchronous content, and its role in centralizing learning resources for the DU community. Join us to learn how this upgrade supports a more intuitive and inclusive learning experience. This will also include a sneak peek on how departmental leaders could use Canvas Catalog to host other employee trainings and content during phase 3. This session will be led by Paula von Kretschmann, the Learning Experience Designer at the Talent Acquisition & Development (TAD) team as well as Craig Miller, the Director of TAD.

We’re rolling out DU Learn in phases:
Phase 1: New hires (staff, faculty, adjuncts, and student employees).
Phase 2: Current employees hired before August 2025.
Phase 3: Department leaders will be able to host their own training content in sub catalogs.
