Thrive Health Promotion challenges you to strive for body acceptance on international Love Your Body Day! We will be outside of Community Commons with supplies to write body love notes to yourself or friends. Additionally, we will have a station to write down some of the messages you have received about your body from media, friends, former partners, and maybe-kind-of-well-meaning relatives and then SHRED THEM, because you get to define how you want your body to be, Also present will be a a body/face painting station, a body affirmation display, and temporary tattoos.
