Mindfulness is all about slowing down and leaning into the present moment. One of the ways to do that is by stepping away from the hubbub/pressures of class, emails, and project deadlines to quietly focus on a puzzle, draw or sketch, or meditate. Our first Mindfulness Hour of the Winter term (2026) will be held on Thursday January 8th from 12:00pm-1:00pm.
