We invite you to join the Center for Middle East Studies (CMES) at the Josef Korbel School of Global and Public Affairs for an evening of discussion, featuring Faysal Itani, senior fellow at the New Lines Institute.

Mr. Itani brings extensive expertise on Lebanese politics, regional security, and U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East. The discussion will examine Lebanon’s ongoing political and economic crisis alongside broader post-war regional dynamics, including rising U.S.-Iran tensions and their implications for Lebanon and the wider Middle East. The conversation will explore challenges, emerging risks, and potential pathways for renewal in a rapidly shifting regional landscape.

If you're unable to join us in person, you are welcome to join the virtual webinar (Note: The webinar will begin at 5:20 p.m.). Register for the webinar here: https://udenver.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN__bZAgP0aSpe4DCVE7DrHhw
