In this keynote, Anuradha Bhosale will explore how waste management and sustainability initiatives—including zero-waste training, composting enterprises, and environmental education—create dignified, eco-friendly livelihoods for marginalized communities. She will highlight her extensive work in women’s empowerment through education, showing how supporting mothers’ literacy, economic stability, and leadership directly keeps children in school and breaks cycles of child labor.

The day following Anuradha's keynote, she will host a SALT Method Skill Training. Participants will engage in a hands-on skills training using the SALT (Support, Appreciate, Listen-Learn, Transfer) method, a strengths-based approach to community development. This session with Anuradha will focus on practical tools for building sustainable collective leadership, mobilizing local wisdom, and allowing communities to take ownership of their challenges. Please look at the other Crimson Connect to register for this workshop.
