We are excited you are here to engage with your community through mental health awareness and self-care activities.

The Thrive Moments of Mindfulness Challenge is a month-long challenge in May for all DU students that emphasizes positive mental health and self-care while working from home. There will be virtual events occurring Week 6 through Week 9 of spring quarter 2020. Thrive has partnered with other student organizations on DU's campus to bring a variety of content so that there is something for everyone! For every challenge event you participate in, you can enter your name for a prize giveaway at the end of May! Visit du.edu/thrive to learn more about the giveaway, events, and all the details!

Week 6: Bullet Journaling Tutorial - Tuesday, May 5th at 2 PM MST
Join us for an afternoon of mindfulness and reflection to kick off Thrive's month-long Moments of Mindfulness Challenge. To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week, Thrive will be holding a Bullet-Journaling Tutorial on Tuesday May 5th at 2 pm. All you need are some pens and a notepad/paper! Week 7: Sustainable Recycled T-shirt Bags - Wednesday, May 13th at 4:30pm MST
Grab any old t-shirt, a pair of scissors, and make your very own sustainable t-shirt bag. This activity will be led by both members from the Center for Sustainability and Thrive Peer Health Educators. Zoom in to get crafty and creative! Week 8: QuaranTime with Bob Ross - Friday, May 22nd at 6:30 PM MST
Ever wanted to channel your inner artist? Join the Finger Painting Club in a guided video tutorial featuring none other than the amazing Bob Ross. Let Bob Ross guide you through painting some happy trees while getting lovely commentary from representatives of the Finger Painting Club.
