Self-Care in the Job/Internship Search presented by Career & Professional Development and DU Mind

  • Are you currently searching for a job or internship and find the process to be stressful? Register for this hour-long webinar to find out more about how you can take care of your mental health during your search! As a collaborative effort between Career and Professional Development, the Health and Counseling Center, and DU Mind, we will be covering topics such as managing stress and anxiety during job searching and interviewing, staying positive and mindful during the process (including the dreaded rejection email), and navigating the job search during the COVID-19 pandemic.
About Mental Health Awareness Week:
The Health Promotion team in the Health & Counseling Center presents Mental Health Awareness Week from May 4-8! This series of virtual events developed in collaboration with campus and community partners is designed to raise awareness of mental health issues and resources and decrease stigma related to mental health. All events are open to the DU community—students, staff, faculty, alumni, and friends.
