This session will focus on the role that authenticity plays in developing leaders within an organization. Organizational sustainability is founded on the trusting belief that leaders will guide others towards a shared goal. Join the Leadership Development team as we explore real-world scenarios and reflect on leadership experiences.

This session is part of our Developing Leaders track, geared towards participants who are solid in their leadership journey- who may have had or currently hold various formal leadership positions, but all are welcome!
