Join us for an engaging session of “Constellation Huddles,” where mentorship unfolds through interactive roundtable discussions. This session features two rotations of thought-provoking conversations, each orbiting around key mentorship topics relevant to university life. Each table serves as a cluster of insights and experiences, providing participants with the opportunity to connect, share, and grow in mentorship on campus. 

Constellation Huddle Topics Include:

• Demystifying Mentoring - Unraveling the complexities of mentorship, exploring its purpose, benefits, and how we can make it more approachable.
• Involving Alumni Mentors on Campus - Engaging former students as mentors within DU, leveraging their experiences and networks within programs, events, and the classroom.
• Recognition of Mentorship in Faculty and Staff - How do we formally recognize the valuable role that faculty and staff play as mentors, fostering a supportive learning environment within the systems of the university.
• Integrating Crimson Constellation - What are opportunities to use the new Crimson Constellation mentorship platform to enhance and transform experiences through the University.
• Growing Mentorship for a Moment - Emphasizing the transformative power of even brief mentorship interactions, where a single moment can leave a lasting impact.
