Monica Williams

Monica Williams (MBA '13) is a strategic leader, consultant, and educator with deep expertise in people strategy, organizational culture, and inclusive leadership. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Daniels College of Business and previously held leadership roles in equity, inclusion, and employee engagement at organizations including Denver International Airport and CenturyLink. Monica earned her Executive MBA from DU and is passionate about helping individuals and organizations build workplaces where people can thrive.

Matthew Logan

Matthew Scott Logan (BA '23) is a University of Denver alumnus and policy professional focused on civic engagement and public affairs. At DU, he served as Senior Senator of the Undergraduate Student Government and as News Editor of The DU Clarion while earning his degree in political science. He now serves as Senior Policy Manager at New Era Colorado and as Vice Chair of the Democratic Party of Denver.

Vicki Tomlin

Vicki Tomlin (MA '73, PhD '94) is a University of Denver alumna, psychologist, educator, and researcher whose work has focused on youth development, mental health, and educational equity. Her doctoral research at DU led to the creation of Let Each One Teach One, a mentoring program designed to support young Black male students through academic, social, and emotional skill-building. She later returned to DU as a faculty member in counseling psychology, where she taught graduate students and supported interdisciplinary research and community-based learning.

Vincent Szilangyi

Vincent Szilagyi (BA '13) is a political consultant and strategist specializing in campaign strategy, logistics, data analysis, and political problem-solving. He is the owner and partner at Saratoga Strategies, a Denver-based political consulting firm. Over the course of his career, he has worked on more than 100 campaigns, ranging from local ballot measures in small communities to statewide and national races. A University of Denver alumnus who studied history, political science, and geography, Vincent also serves on the Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Map Society and is an avid map collector.

Lauren Braud

Lauren Braud (BA '03) is a proud University of Denver alumna and leadership development professional who has remained actively involved in the DU community for more than two decades. She currently serves as Leadership and Organizational Development Practice Coordinator at FMI Corporation, supporting leadership and organizational development work for clients in the built environment. Her connection to DU began as a prospective student and has continued through her undergraduate experience, her role as Admission Counselor Support, and many years of volunteer service as both a Hyde interviewer and Daniels Secondary Admission interviewer.

Kaylea Waechter

Kaylea Waechter (BA '13, CRTG '16, JD '16) is an attorney at Bowman Law in Denver, where she focuses her practice on personal injury and civil litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and breach of contract claims. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Denver before obtaining her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2016. Kaylea now dedicates her practice to litigating against insurance companies throughout Colorado, advocating for individuals who have been harmed by the negligence of others.

Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller (BA '75) is a writer, editor, and author with more than forty years of experience helping readers understand complex topics in clear and engaging ways. Over the course of his career, he has launched six magazines, served as editor-in-chief of five inflight magazines, and spent thirteen years as a freelance travel writer. Jeff also served as director of communications for AAA Colorado, where he oversaw the organization’s magazine, website, public relations, public affairs, and traffic safety initiatives. He is the author of five nonfiction books and has also helped publish books for other writers.

Maria Kuntz

Maria Kuntz (MA '16) is a University of Denver alumna and a strategic marketing and communications leader with more than 15 years of experience in higher education. She currently leads content strategy at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she advises senior leaders on initiatives that drive engagement, strengthen brand, and advance philanthropic impact. This summer, she will step into the role of Assistant Vice President of Advancement Marketing and Communications at the University of Oklahoma Foundation. Outside of work, she’s often in the mountains—skiing, hiking, or finding her next adventure with her family.

Imran Choudhry

Imran Choudhry (BS '02) is a University of Denver alumnus and orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand and upper extremity care. After earning his bachelor’s degree in molecular biology with minors in mathematics and chemistry from DU, he went on to receive his medical doctorate from the University of Colorado, complete his orthopedic surgery residency in Cincinnati, and pursue fellowship training in hand and arm surgery at Wake Forest University. He currently practices in Denver with Orthopedic Centers of Colorado, where he serves as a partner and board member. A Colorado native, Imran enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, tennis, and staying connected to DU through his family.
