Come together with the DU Eco Community for a free 2-day event full of nature-based activities, sustainability skill-building, and connection. Day 1 activities and presentations will be held on the DU campus. On Day 2, we will head out to the trails around Red Rocks Park for a community nature hike and picnic! ⛰

What: DU Eco-Connection Weekend 2025

Where: Day 1 - University of Denver, Harper Humanities Garden
(2020 E Evans Ave, Denver, CO 80210, between Beans Coffee Shop & Mary Reed Hall)
Day 2 - Red Rocks Park, Slide Loop Trail (Red Rocks Loop Rd, Golden, CO 80401)

When: Day 1 - Saturday, May 17th from 1pm to 6pm MT
Day 2 - Sunday, May 18th, 10am hike to picnic lunch (wrapping up around 1pm MT)

Who: All DU students, undergraduate and graduate. This event is jointly coordinated by multiple eco-student groups from across campus.

Theme: A holistic, grounded weekend focused on building connections to Land, community, and ourselves. We are saying YES to community strengthening, spending time in nature, and idea sharing.
