Join DU students and faculty on a 7-day immersive journey through Stockholm and Helsinki:
Explore the entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems shaping the Nordic startup scene
Connect with local founders, creatives, and changemakers driving new ideas
Discover the rich culture, history, and design legacy of both cities through guided tours and local insights
Taste your way through the region by exploring Nordic cuisine in restaurants, markets, and food halls
A unique opportunity to learn, connect, and experience two of Europe’s most dynamic and forward-thinking capitals.

Details:
Trip led by Joshua Ross (Professor & Director of E@DU) and Bill Powell (Adjunct Professor & VC Investor).
Open to all DU undergraduate students.
Dates: November 30th – December 7th, 2025
15 spots available: Students completing the EVM 2200 course receive priority (if spots are available).
EVM 2200 Global Entrepreneurship Fall 2025 M/W 2:00 - 3:50 (4 credits)
Registration deadline: September 10, 2025 (spots usually fill up in Spring)
This is a 2-credit course, credits can be used toward the EVM minor
Cost: in-country travel is covered by DU (hotel, transportation, site visits), students are responsible for airfare, meals and incidentals

Please submit a short statement (150 words) on why you're interested in Sweden and Finland, what draws you to this course, what you hope to gain from the experience—and how you’ll prepare for the trip and contribute to the group’s learning and engagement along the way.
