Community Leadership Conversation
Date: November 8, 2022
Time: 4:00 - 5:00 pm MST

At DU, we believe in the power of human connection and creating space to grow together. We also recognize that our fast-paced world does not always allow us time to slow down and engage in meaningful ways. To that end, we invite you to take a break in your day and join us in getting to know some incredible new leaders in the DU community.

In C+V’s upcoming Community Leadership Conversation, Provost Mary Clark will moderate a conversation with Dr. Michelle Knight-Manuel, Dean of the Morgridge College of Education, and Dr. Torrey Wilson, Dean of the Graduate School of Professional Psychology. They will share about their passions, their journey to the University of Denver, and what makes them who they are.

Join C+V for an authentic conversation with some incredible leaders and catalysts for change on DU's campus!

The Summit 2022: Justice in Action

This academic year, DEI welcomes you to our 22nd annual Summit. Over its many years the Summit has evolved and been offered during various times of year. A variety of units across DU have pushed the summit forward in various ways through their support and creative contributions to its substance via a multitude of sessions. Each year we return as a DU community to our beloved Summit as means to ground our collective thinking and commitments to the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Starting this year, the Summit will have the fall quarter as its home, where it will launch us into the rest of the year's DEI Signature Events and other engagements by gathering the DU community to explore and consider an annual guiding theme for our endeavors. Join us this year as we explore the myriad ways in which we might engage Justice in Action.
