The University of Denver Grilling Society is established to enhance the campus environment through culinary excellence and education.
DUGS serves several roles in pursuit of this purpose:
1.Providing grilling services for on-campus activities and organization
2.Educating members on grilling culture, technique, and food safety
3.Providing members with enriching experiences
