Anuradha Bhosale host a SALT Method Skill Training. Participants will engage in a hands-on skills training using the SALT (Support, Appreciate, Listen-Learn, Transfer) method, a strengths-based approach to community development. This session with Anuradha will focus on practical tools for building sustainable collective leadership, mobilizing local wisdom, and allowing communities to take ownership of their challenges.

Once a child laborer herself, she has spent over 25 years rescuing thousands of children from exploitation and advancing community‑led development.
