The quarterly event is back! Thrive Health Promotion and the Health and Counseling Center will be hosting free mental health screenings.

Complete a quick checkup from the neck up! Take a digital screener that will identify your levels of distress, anxiety, depression, and more. Therapists from the Health and Counseling Center will be on site to review your results, answer questions, or even get you scheduled for a therapy session. All participants who complete a screening will be entered into a drawing for a DU beanie or t-shirt.
