Join in the second session of our spring well-being speaker series featuring Kathy Oneto, founder of Sustain Ambition, host of the Sustainable Ambition podcast, and author of the book, Sustainable Ambition: How to Prioritize What Matters to Thrive in Life and Work.  Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees and is sponsored by Cigna and Kaiser Permanente.

Juggling ambitions across life and work? The pressure to “do it all” can leave you feeling stretched thin, questioning your priorities and wondering how to achieve your goals without sacrificing your well-being.

In this thoughtful reflection session, Kathy Oneto, author of Sustainable Ambition: How to Prioritize What Matters to Thrive in Life and Work, will help you gain clarity on what matters most and chart a more intentional path forward.

You’ll get introduced to the Sustainable Ambition Method, which, instead of looking for work-life balance, guides you to navigate the tension across life and work ambitions by aligning the Right Ambition at the Right Time with the Right Effort.

In just one hour, you’ll look back, look forward, and plan ahead—creating space to make more
conscious choices about how you allocate your time and energy.

During this reflection session, you will:
  • Identify what matters to you and ignites your effort
  • Determine where to strategically invest your attention and energy
  • Assess what’s working and where there’s friction across your life and work
  • Create an intentional plan for the time period ahead
You’ll walk away with clarity on your priorities, fresh insights about your current path, and a reflective practice you can return to whenever you need to recalibrate.
Food Provided (Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees.)
