In this introductory resilience session we'll explore essential practices in the form of meditation, mindfulness, and realistic self-care. Facilitator Molly Woodhull will focus on sustainable habits and micro-practices that can help reduce stress, prevent burnout and increase your threshold to stress. You’ll walk away with an easy-to-use toolkit of mindfulness practices designed to increase resilience.
