Join in the last session of our spring well-being speaker series. Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees and is sponsored by Cigna and Kaiser Permanente.

Yvonne Matthews of Nutrition Designed, a functional nutritionist, is back and exploring the powerful connection between stress, nutrition, and overall health. Stress can quietly undermine energy, focus, immunity, and well-being, while the foods we eat can either worsen its effects or help us thrive.

In this session, we’ll examine the continuum between stress responses and dietary choices, including the role of cortisol, and share practical, nutrition-based strategies you can apply to manage stress, build resilience, and maintain balance in busy academic lives.
Food Provided (Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees.)
