Rocky Mountain West Regional Clinical Conference 2026

The RMWRCC Planning Committee is excited to invite you to the Rocky Mountain West Regional Clinical Conference taking place on Friday, Oct. 16, 2026, in Denver, CO. The conference theme is Creativity in Clinical Education and the event will be hosted at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

This conference marks the revival of a venerable regional clinical association that has been dormant for the past decade. Law school clinics across the Mountain West share distinctive regional characteristics. We serve vast states with relatively few law schools, most of them public and, in many states, the only law school in the state. Our clinics also serve communities spanning both rural and urban areas. At the same time, our schools operate within widely varied political and cultural contexts that shape every aspect of our work. By bringing our regional clinicians together, this conference will strengthen our ability to develop regional best practices while reinforcing and creating connections that will support and sustain our regional clinical community. We welcome clinical law professors, externship professors, and program leadership from around the Rocky Mountain West and those across the nation who have affiliations with our region and wish to contribute to this event.
