A mindfulness workshop for neurodiverse students! A safe and inclusive space that focuses on cultivating present-moment awareness through breathing techniques, guided meditation practices, and developing the mind-body connection to reduce stress and promote emotional regulation. Led by an L.E.P. academic counselor with mindfulness & yoga certifications.
