About Us

DUMUN is a club at the University of Denver sponsored by the Honors Program and the Josef Korbel School of International Studies. The Model United Nations team simulates parliamentary style debate, used in the United Nations and United States Congress. We host mock conferences and compete around the nation with the goal of improving public speaking skills, applying knowledge of international affairs, and having fun along the way!

If selected for travel competitions, the team will pay for flights, registration, hotels, and one team dinner for members over a weekend trip out of state to compete at national conferences.
