In times of rapid change, uncertainty can strain relationships, slow decision-making, and increase conflict. This interactive workshop helps participants build and sustain trust when information is incomplete, emotions are high, and expectations are shifting. Drawing on practical communication and conflict navigation tools, participants will learn how to lead with clarity and credibility, strengthen psychological safety, and respond to concerns in ways that reduce escalation and improve collaboration.

Participants will practice skills through brief scenarios and guided reflection, leaving with language and strategies they can apply immediately in team meetings, difficult conversations, and campus-facing interactions.

This session will be facilitated by Dr. Betty Snyder, DU's Ombuds
