This comprehensive workshop addresses the critical issue of workplace bullying and its impact on organizational culture and individual well-being. Participants will learn to identify different forms of workplace bullying, understand its effects on both targets and observers, and develop effective strategies for prevention and intervention. The workshop emphasizes creating a respectful workplace environment and establishing clear protocols for addressing bullying behavior.
