We are living in a time when division can follow us everywhere - even into our classrooms, workplaces, and everyday relationships. When tensions rise, many of us instinctively pull back: we avoid the conversation, stay silent, or retreat into communities where everyone sees things the same way.

But disconnection comes with a cost.

Our ability to learn, work, collaborate, and thrive together depends on our ability to remain in relationship across differences. Now more than ever, we need the skills to disagree without dehumanizing, listen without surrendering our values, and stay connected when it would be easier to walk away.

This workshop creates space to practice those skills—and to consider what each of us can do to strengthen a more courageous, connected community.
