This workshop delves into the complex dynamics of power in conflict situations, examining how hierarchies, authority, and influence affect conflict resolution. Participants will learn to recognize power imbalances, understand their impact on relationships, develop strategies for accessing their personal power and managing conflicts effectively in situations with uneven power distribution.
