This workshop explores the complexities of engaging in conflict in diverse settings. Participants will learn how differences in identities, varying perspectives, and different communication styles impact conflict situations. Through guided discussions and practical scenarios, attendees will learn to transform potential sources of conflict into opportunities for growth, connection, and collaboration.

This session will be facilitated by Dr. Betty Snyder, DU's Ombuds, in partnership with HRIC's office of Talent Acquisition & Development.
