4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
*This is an open workshop for Registered Student Organizations to help fulfill their RSO Harm Reduction requirement as a part of DU's "Harm Reduction Summit."*
This workshop will use a fictional relationship as it develops between two people who meet online to explore topics such as: relationship red/green flags, conflict resolution, consent, and interpersonal violence (including sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking). Students will also learn about campus and community resources that support those who may have experienced these types of harm.

Join the Thrive Health Promotion team for a spook-tacular celebration of well-being! At Hallo-Wellness, you’ll have the chance to drop by a variety of interactive resource tables, each offering fun activities focused on different dimensions of health and wellness. Explore new tools to support your well-being, connect with campus and community resources, and enjoy a festive atmosphere. Attendees who visit at least 7 tables will be entered to win prizes certain to get your heart thumping!

Well-being is a personal and evolving journey. This workshop invites participants to reflect on the five key dimensions of well-being—emotional, relational, spiritual, physical, and foundational. Through guided reflection, participants will identify a personal goal(s) to enhance their well-being and explore campus resources and support systems available to help them succeed.
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
Cannabis 101 workshop - open to all students! An Intervene 2.0 90-minute workshop about cannabis, harm reduction strategies, and active bystander intervention. Fulfills the RSO harm reduction requirement. Please register ahead of time if planning on attending!
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Participate in this training as part of the Harm Reduction Summit and fulfill your Harm Reduction Requirement for your RSO!
Attendees will learn how to identify the signs of suicidal ideation and intervene to save a life. This training will prepare participants to ask the question, provide practical and emotional support, and connect someone to the resources they need. The PLAN’R model that will be presented centers care for the individual, and similarly, this training is structured to address the topic of suicide in a compassionate way that is accessible for all attendees, regardless of experience or identity.
If you plan to attend, please register at least 48 hours in advance. If registration is too low before the event, the training may be cancelled.
