Leadership On-Demand : Start with Why

The Office of Student Engagement (OSE) is constantly looking for new ways to engage students and we have developed a program to serve the students while away from campus. As part of our online webinar style events, we'd like to offer an on-demand style event for you all to tackle on your own time. 

Many of us know WHAT we do but have never stopped to reflect on WHY. It is this simple question that often times can make or break a leader because without a strong answer, how can they hope to inspire a shared vision or lead a team effectively? This workshop is dedicated to helping you discover what your “why” is in the context of leadership, and helps you leverage your answer across all walks of your life!
