What is character, really? This engaging workshop invites participants to delve into the essence of their character—uncovering who they are, what they value, how these values were formed, and how they influence their actions and decisions. Through a series of reflective exercises, dynamic discussions, and goal-setting activities, participants will:

· Gain deeper self-awareness
· Identify personal strengths
· Develop strategies to align daily choices with core values

By the end of the workshop, participants will have a clearer understanding of their authentic traits and leave with actionable steps for intentional character growth in both their personal and professional lives.

This session will be facilitated by Mia Sundstrom. Mia is a two-time DU graduate (BSBA ’21, MPP ’23), currently serving as assistant coach for the Denver Gymnastics team and working part-time in the Office of the Chancellor as the project manager for the character dimension. Mia has researched, developed, and facilitated character workshops for students at the KMC, the DU Board of Trustees, the Chancellor’s cabinet, and faculty and staff. During her time as a student at DU, Mia served as the president of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and a team captain for the gymnastics team.
