Join us for an engaging and insightful workshop led by Jim Noone, the Director of Employee and Labor Relations and Craig Miller, Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at HRIC. This session is designed to equip managers with the tools and strategies needed to foster a positive work environment. It will be offered in a hybrid environment, both in-person and via Zoom (Zoom link will be provided in email confirmation to all registrants).

Objectives

- Understand DU’s commitment to positive employee relations.

- Explain your role and the Human Resources Partner’s role in maintaining a positive employee relations culture​.

- Understand the Corrective Action process at DU​.

- Know how to partner with Human Resources and Inclusive Community on workplace issues and where to go for additional tools and resources.
