Purpose

Evaluate and adjudicate on alleged USG and RSO bylaw violations.

To submit a case inquiry, please email usgjudicial@du.edu with the alleged bylaw violation and any relevant evidence.

Court Jurisdiction

Individuals elected or appointed to USG.

Individuals running for elected positions on USG.

Individuals actively seeking a nominated position within USG.

Individuals elected or appointed to executive board positions on entities that qualify as registered student organizations (including RSOs).

Individuals who are registered members of RSOs.

Individuals in the registration process for a student organization.

Outside of Court Jurisdiction

The Court does not accept cases regarding:

Compliancy & licensing with RSO regulations / RSO P-Card misusage

Violations of Equal Opportunity & Title IX (EOIX) or Student Rights & Responsibilities (SRR) policy.

Free/hate speech.
