Mission
Women in Business is focused on the advancement of women in professional fields and equipping young women to succeed in male-dominated fields. We host events addressing various work-related topics and workshops on professional development. Events also aim to grow the network of members with professionals in fields relevant to their career goals and build a community within Daniels College of Business and the greater University.

Membership Benefits
Members will develop communication skills and have leadership opportunities that are applicable to future careers. Members also gain experience in networking, workshop interview skills, receive insights on industries they are interested in from speakers, and have the opportunity to join our specialized mentorship program. All members also have the opportunity to lead their own events or projects.
