Sewing Workshop: Making Lanyards & Keychains

This workshop is about learning how to make a lanyard/keychain. Students will be able to create their own lanyard or keychain with fabric of their choice. They will sew their keychain on a sewing machine. To do this we will start this workshop with a short introduction to the sewing machines. Students will learn how to thread a sewing machine and to do basic stitching on the machine. All materials will be provided but students are welcome to bring their own fabric if they wish to use a specific fabric.
