The Denver Law Review is excited to host its annual Symposium. This year's event is entitled Beyond Profit: Antitrust Regulation, Market Structure, and the Boundaries of Corporate Power. Antitrust law has always been about more than policing bad actors. It is about defining the structure of markets themselves. The Denver Law Review’s annual symposium will explore the role of antitrust law in organizing markets and shaping the conditions under which firms compete. Rather than viewing antitrust solely as a check on misconduct, we aim to explore its structural role in designing markets. Through a series of conversations based in various areas of antitrust law, the symposium will examine how regulation and enforcement can reimagine markets to achieve broader public goals.
Food Provided (Denver Law Review will provide breakfast, lunch, and cocktail hour refreshments for our attendees. )
