Navigating Difficult Conversations (Advanced)

This advanced workshop builds upon foundational communication skills taken in the basic workshop, to address complex and challenging conversations in professional settings. Participants will deepen their understanding of communication dynamics, learn advanced techniques for managing emotional intensity, and develop sophisticated strategies for navigating high-stakes discussions. The program emphasizes practical application through intensive role-play scenarios and real-world case studies.

Prerequisite: Navigating Difficult Conversations Basic Session

This session will be facilitated by Dr. Betty Snyder, DU's Ombuds, in partnership with HRIC's office of Talent Acquisition & Development.
