TIED Leadership Roundtable is hosting a thought-provoking session titled The SHIFT in Workplace Dynamics, focusing on addressing generational differences and the evolving socio-political climate. This event, co-hosted by Human Resources & Inclusive Community, Talent Acquisition & Development, Employer Connections, and Student Engagement Offices of the University of Denver, will provide a platform for engaging discussions that explore how the modern workforce is shaped by diverse generational perspectives and the impact of shifting societal and political landscapes.

Attendees can expect a dynamic fireside chat and a panel of experts, offering insights and strategies for navigating these changes. We will also have time for introducing a new framework for navigating generational differences and workshopping several scenarios. This session aims to foster a deeper understanding of the evolving workplace and inspire leaders to adapt effectively in these transformative times. Stay for networking and connection with local business leaders dedicated to learning about and implementing DEI best practices.
