The Josef Korbel School of International Studies and the Scrivner Institute of Public Policy are pleased to announce the launch of the Denver Dialogues, an exciting new partnership with premier American think tanks to model civil discourse about major issues facing the nation and the world. In partnership with experts from the American Enterprise Institute, the Aspen Institute, the Hoover Institution, and New America, the Denver Dialogues will convene robust and constructive conversations on the major policy issues of our day. We invite you to join us Oct. 4 from 12:15-1:45 p.m. on Zoom for the kick-off of the Denver Dialogues series, featuring the leaders of our four partner organizations. Together, we will discuss the importance of civil discourse for a healthy democracy and the role of think tanks and universities in fostering evidence-based civic dialogue on issues that divide us as a society. Advanced registration is required.

The DU Law Democrats present: A conversation with U.S. Senator Michael Bennet and former U.S. Senator Doug Jones. Senator Bennet will discuss his work for Colorado, followed by a Q&A session on Thursday, October 13th from 12-1 PM at the Sturm College of Law, Room 165. Refreshments will be served. All law, graduate, and undergraduate students are welcome to attend!
