We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Reopening of the University of Denver Food Pantry, now under the supervision of
Student Affairs and Inclusive Excellence (SAIE). This transition represents an exciting new chapter for the pantry and is one that builds upon the foundation established by the Office of Regenerative Futures.
As part of this exciting relaunch, we are proud to announce new strategic partners who will ensure the sustainability of the Food Pantry's operations. The DU Food Pantry will now:
Be a Food Bank of the Rockies Hunger Relief partner,
Receive fresh produce weekly from DU Dinning,
Get contributions from Well@DU to provide monthly fresh produce and snacks
Participate in King Soopers Community Rewards member, and
Remain supported by DU Advancement for long-term resource growth.
The Food Pantry serves students, faculty, and staff, offering essential support to those facing food insecurity. With this strengthened network of collaborators, we are excited to enhance the pantry’s reach and ensure its continued impact.
This event is an opportunity to:
Learn more about the pantry’s expanded services,
Meet our strategic partners, and
Celebrate this important resource that fosters community well-being.
Together, we remain committed to continuing the critical work that addresses food security for those who are part of our University of Denver Community.
