Leadership Workshop Series: Activating and Applying Your Strengths
Bring your top five Clifton Strengths (please pre-register if you have never taken the Clifton Strengths Assessment or if you no longer have access to previous results, so we can get you a test code!) so we can discuss how to apply these strengths in innovative and effective ways. In this webinar you will understand yourself better, discover your natural talents and understand how to capitalize on them. Discover, learn how to develop and learn how to apply your strengths!
Students who actively participate in the OSE Leadership Workshop Series this Spring Quarter will be recognized for their participation in the Fall Quarter.

Students from all disciplines are invited to participate in the Showcase.
The Writing Center has generously created an Abstract Writing Webinar that we strongly recommend you watch before completing your application and submitting your abstract.
They have also created a Poster Webinar, and while your final presentations will take the form of a Prezi presentation, the content of this webinar is still invaluable as you think about what to include in that presentation.
We look forward to celebrating your research together!

It's important to step away from your screen and take a 15min break at least in between each class and meeting, if not closer to every 40minutes. It gives your eyes a rest, and your brain a bit of a break.
If you have the time (maybe during an allocated lunch-break *make sure you have one of those*), take that break outside, or use the time to stretch or do some light exercise.
This list of 70 things you can do during Physical Distancing has some great ideas for how to spend your daily break times.
